  1. Each sterilization system is equipped with a circulating pump that delivers hot or cold water to the items to be sterilized through pipelines. The items to be sterilized are slowly conveyed inside the chamber, achieving the purpose of reducing the sterilization temperature. The water circulates from the discharge end to the feed end, making the sterilization temperature more uniform. A filtration system is installed in front of the circulating pump to prevent impurities in the tank from being drawn into the pump and circulating in the sterilization (cooling) tank for a long time.

  2. The overall machine is reasonably designed, with safe and reliable operation, a compact structure, small footprint, easy operation, convenient maintenance, and simple installation.

  3. The machine operates smoothly with stepless variable frequency speed regulation and low noise. The stainless steel mesh belt features high strength, minimal stretch, resistance to deformation, and easy maintenance. The equipment has a compact structure, convenient operation, and a low failure rate. It uses boiler steam or boiler hot water for heating, making it particularly suitable for continuous blanching and sterilization operations.

  4. Both ends of the equipment are equipped with variable frequency speed reducers, with a middle frequency converter connecting and driving the drive shaft to pull and push forward and backward, reducing the tension on the transmission device and thus enabling the conveying mesh belt to operate. This not only saves energy but also reduces the tension on the mesh belt, prolonging its service life.

  5. The cooling section is equipped with an air pump that operates in a bubble agitation mode. During the product conveying process, this mode lowers the surface temperature of the products, not only flattening them to avoid unequal cooling caused by product accumulation but also performing a secondary cleaning on the product surface.
