Introduction to Bubble Cleaning Machine

The vegetable cleaning equipment is a bubble-type spray cleaning machine.  When materials fall into the water, the churning water in the tank agitates and cleans the materials.  Under the combined action of the bubble machine and water, the materials tumble. High-pressure gas is used to generate bubbles, keeping the materials in a tumbling state. The sediment and other heavy contaminants carried on the materials fall off and enter the sedimentation zone below the filter screen.  Driven by the water, the materials gradually move onto the conveyor belt and continue to advance with the belt, being lifted out of the inner tank.  When exiting the water surface, a spray head is installed at the top end, which sprays and cleans the materials for a second time before they enter the next process.  The circulating water pump performs wave washing, ozone disinfection, and high-pressure water spraying, removing pesticide residues and other impurities from the surface of the products, ensuring thorough cleaning of fruits, vegetables, and other materials.  A filtering and impurity removal device is installed to effectively separate impurities such as rotten leaves, vegetable residue, and hair adhering to the vegetables. The impurities flow out through the overflow port of the circulating water tank, and the sediment is discharged through a port and separated by the filter screen in the circulating water tank to maintain the cleanliness of the fresh vegetables.  The advantage of the vegetable cleaning machine lies in its thorough cleaning, high cleaning capacity, ozone sterilization to assist in removing drug residues, and no damage to leafy vegetables.  During the cleaning process, the spray and high-pressure nozzle continuously supply water, and the water supply volume is adjustable, facilitating flexible adjustment according to the processing volume and cleanliness of the vegetables.  At the same time, in this process, an appropriate amount of chemicals can be added according to individual needs for further disinfection or preservation.  This equipment is currently a widely used and economical device in the fruit and vegetable processing industry.
